Sacristans

The role of the sacristan is vitally important as he/she meticulously and devotedly prepares the altar, lays out the priest’s vestments and carefully assembles the sacred vessels for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. In addition to preparations for Mass, the sacristan is also responsible for cleaning, ordering supplies, and overall ensuring the sacristy is always in proper order.
